Zoe’s Big Girl Adventures

Hello friends! It’s me, Zoe. I’ve been learning so many new things lately, and I thought it was only right to trot over here and tell you all about them myself.

💜 My New Purple Halter

First things first: I graduated into my new purple halter from Knotty Girlz. It’s perfect. It feels like it was made just for me—which, honestly, it was. When I wear it, I feel brave and beautiful and ready for anything. And I am!

🩺 My First Real Vet Visit

I met the nicest doctor (Dr. Persia from Black Diamond Equine), and she looked at my teeth and fixed them up (it was my first time!). She said I’m doing great and I’m three!

🧭 Going places!

Guess what else I did? I loaded into the trailer like a big girl. I sniffed it, thought about it, and then said, “Yes, I can do this.” And I did! Everyone cheered, and I felt my heart get all warm and proud. I like learning new things, especially when the humans smile that big.

🐴 My First Massage

Oh! And I had my first massage with Sue Jackson. OMG, I didn’t know massages were a thing, but now I think they should happen every day.

🦄 Leading Like a Star

I’m also practicing my leading, and I’m getting really good at it. I like walking next to my humans and checking in with them. It feels like we’re a team, and that makes me happy.

💞 Coming Soon: Ponying with My Best Boyfriend, Tully

I overheard my humans talking about how I’ll start being ponied off Tully, my best boyfriend. I feel safe next to him, and we have been on lots of adventures on the ranch where I live. So this sounds like fun!

🫖 A Sweet Reminder

Before I go back to practicing all my new skills, I wanted to remind you that High Tea for Horses is coming up on May 9, and the humans say tickets are selling fast. I hope you’ll come. It helps horses like me learn and grow and feel loved.

Plus, I hear there will be treats. Who doesn’t like treats?
