Our Team

Behind every horse at 3 Sisters is a community of people who believe in second chances, fresh starts, and brighter futures.

3 Sisters Equine Refuge is proudly 100% volunteer-run, powered by dedicated volunteers, board members, foster families, adopters, donors, and community partners who share a commitment to giving horses the care, dignity, and opportunities they deserve.

While countless hands and hearts make this work possible, the individuals below serve on our Board of Directors and help guide the mission, vision, and long-term success of the organization.
