Meet Adrian

A tiny foal fighting for her life

Just months after Rocky's remarkable recovery inspired supporters around the world, another young Warm Springs foal is facing impossible odds.

Adrian lost her mother at an early age and was left without the specialized care and nutrition orphan foals need during the most critical months of development. After several weeks of declining health, a concerned Good Samaritan reached out to 3 Sisters Equine Refuge for help.

When Adrian arrived in our care, it was clear she needed immediate medical attention.

Today, she is receiving critical care at Bend Equine Medical Center.

Despite everything she's endured, Adrian continues to fight.

And she needs us to fight alongside her.

Adrian's intensive veterinary care is currently averaging about $1,500 per day, and every donation helps provide the treatment, medications, diagnostics, and specialized support she needs.

Why Adrian?

Well, her name is a little tribute to our Rocky. And when this little orphan Warm Springs filly arrived needing help, we were reminded of that same fighting spirit.

Like Rocky, Adrian is an underdog facing overwhelming odds. Like Rocky, she is relying on a community willing to believe in her before anyone knows how her story will end.

We named her Adrian because she embodies resilience, determination, and courage in the face of impossible challenges.

Her Care Comes at a Cost

Adrian remains under intensive veterinary care, and her future remains uncertain.

We have established an initial fundraising goal of $15,000 to support her immediate medical needs. If Adrian becomes stable enough to leave intensive care, our hope is to place her with a nurse mare to support her continued growth and development. That placement is expected to cost approximately $2,000, in addition to ongoing veterinary treatment and daily care.

Every dollar donated goes directly toward giving Adrian the best possible chance at recovery.

Some stories have guaranteed happy endings.

Adrian's story does not.

What we can promise is that she will continue to receive every opportunity, every treatment, and every chance we can give her.

If you'd like to be part of her journey, we'd be grateful for your support.
