Foster a Horse

A foster home can change everything for a horse.

When you foster through 3 Sisters Equine Refuge, you're providing something every horse deserves: the stability and space to begin their next chapter. Some of our foster families provide pasture and shelter, while others choose to cover part or all of their horse's feed, farrier, veterinary, and other care expenses. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. We'll work with you to create a foster arrangement that fits your facilities, budget, and level of involvement.

Whether you're offering pasture and shelter or fully supporting a horse's expenses, you're helping a horse heal, grow, and prepare for a permanent home. By opening your property and your heart, you become an important part of that horse's journey while helping us rescue more horses in need.
